A membership-based model of care

New Patient Annual Membership
Membership runs as a rolling 12-month cycle from your start date — not the calendar year.
This rate reflects an introductory new-patient special during the practice's launch period and may not be available indefinitely.
Payment options
Multiple payment options available — including pay in full, installments, and CareCredit financing. HSA & FSA accepted.
Insurance note
Insurance is still billed for covered services. Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance per your plan contract still apply.

Dr. Jeaniene Talley is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 25 years of experience caring for patients across all stages of life. She earned both her bachelor's and medical degree from UCLA and completed her family practice residency at Long Beach Memorial Hospital.
Practicing in Las Vegas since 2002, Dr. Talley follows along during admissions at Centennial Hills Hospital and Mountain View Hospital to coordinate care with your hospitalist and specialists — so your primary-care perspective stays part of the picture. Her concierge practice was created to restore what many patients feel modern healthcare has lost: time, access, and genuine connection.
