Her Story & Philosophy
Dr. Jeaniene Talley earned both her undergraduate and medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), then completed her family practice residency at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. She began practicing in Southern California in 2000 and relocated to Las Vegas in 2002 — where she's been caring for families across generations ever since.
After years in traditional primary care, she saw firsthand what was eroding — the time to listen, the ability to follow up, the relationship that makes medicine meaningful. Patients were being seen in 10-minute windows. Doctors were managing panels of thousands. Something had to change.
She chose concierge medicine because she believed there was a better way to practice. By limiting her patient panel, she can give each person the time they deserve — not just to treat a symptom, but to understand the person behind it.
