How the Membership Works
You pay an annual membership fee. In return, you get a doctor who limits her patient panel so she can give you real time and attention — longer visits, prompt scheduling, and a direct line to your physician whenever you need her.
You may have heard the term "direct primary care." Concierge medicine is related but distinct. Unlike practices that don't bill insurance at all, Dr. Talley accepts and bills insurance for covered medical services — labs, imaging, referrals, and visits. Standard insurance-dictated copays apply. The annual membership fee is a separate layer that funds your enhanced access, extended time, and direct physician relationship.
If you're searching for a "membership doctor," a "concierge physician," or a more personal approach to primary care — this is exactly what Dr. Talley's practice offers.
Transparent Pricing
New Patient Special
New-patient annual membership rate
$2,000/year
Rolling 12-month cycle from your start date — not the calendar year.
This is a new-patient exclusive rate offered during the practice's introductory period. Current pricing reflects an introductory new-patient special and may not reflect rates for future or returning members.
Payment options
Multiple payment options available — including pay in full, monthly installments, and CareCredit financing. HSA & FSA accepted.
Insurance is still billed for covered medical services — labs, imaging, referrals, and visits. Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance per your plan contract still apply.
The annual membership fee is separate and not billed to insurance. It covers enhanced access, extended appointments, and direct physician communication.

What Membership Looks Like
Time to actually be heard.
Membership is about three things working together: real access to your doctor, a relationship that deepens over time, and an experience that respects your day. Unhurried conversations. A physician who remembers your story. The space to ask the questions you usually don't have time for.
Every visit is built around you, not a clock.
