A few quick details
- ·Open to any current member of Dr. Talley's concierge practice in good standing.
- ·The discount is applied to your next annual membership renewal after your referred friend completes enrollment.
- ·You can refer more than one friend — each successful referral applies an additional $250 toward your next renewal, up to the full membership amount.
